The 16″ Fuchs wheels feature black centers and were reportedly refinished and mounted with Continental Extremecontact Sport tires under current ownership. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes with ventilated rotors. An October 2019 service included replacing the brake rotors and calipers, wheel bearings and seals, a steering rack boot, and one tie rod assembly.
The bucket seats were reupholstered in black leatherette and replacement carpets were installed under current ownership per the seller as well as a Blaupunkt Bluetooth stereo and replacement speakers. Amenities include a center console, air conditioning, and power windows.
The leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel is said to have been re-covered and frames a central tachometer with a 6,300-rpm redline as well as a 170-mph speedometer, a clock, and gauges for oil level, oil temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 48k miles, approximately 150 of which were added under current ownership.
The 3.0-liter flat-six features Bosch fuel injection and was factory rated at 172 horsepower and 189 lb-ft of torque. The timing chain housing covers and valve cover gaskets were replaced in October 2019, along with the fuel filter, spark plugs, ignition wires, distributor cap, and warm-up regulator. A replacement battery was reportedly installed under current ownership.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Type 915 five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The axle seals were replaced in October 2019.
