Fuchs 16″ wheels with black centers and silver lips are mounted with 205/55 front and 225/50 rear Pirelli P Zero Rosso tires. Porsche-branded four-piston calipers and cross-drilled rotors were standard equipment, and a brake fluid flush was carried out in May 2020.
The cabin features black leather sport seats along with a matching dashboard, door panels, and carpets lined with Coco Mats. Additional equipment includes air conditioning, “special wishes” burl wood trim, power windows, and a Blaupunkt Hamburg AM/FM cassette stereo.
A three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts VDO instrumentation that includes a central 7k-rpm tachometer, a 180-mph speedometer, and gauges for fuel level, oil level, oil temperature, oil pressure, and boost pressure. The six-digit odometer shows just over 10k miles, approximately 850 of which have been added by the owner.
The turbocharged and intercooled 3.3-liter flat-six was factory rated at 300 horsepower and 289 lb-ft of torque. Work carried out by Isringhausen Imports since May 2020 has consisted of replacing the belts and fluids along with performing leak-down and compression tests.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transaxle and a factory limited-slip differential. Additional photos of the underside are provided in the image gallery.
The Porsche Certificate of Authenticity shows factory colors, optional equipment, and a production completion date of May 17, 1984.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and displays registration history in Montana, Indiana, Illinois, and Washington from its first update in December 2017 through the most recent entry in July 2020. A video presentation is provided below.
