Description
The body was refinished in black in 2019, at which time the bumper trim and antenna were shaved, and replacement floorboards, emblems, and grilles were installed. A protective clear film is present on the hood, fenders, and doors. Additional body modifications are said to include Spoolfool bumper fillers, a one-piece decklid spoiler, a fender notch kit, front wheelhouse GNX patch panels, and BavWerkshop door striker reinforcement plates. The stock decklid spoiler is included in the sale.

G-Bodyparts GNX-style crosslace wheels measure 18×8.5″ up front and 19×9.5″ out back. They wear a mix of Mickey Thompson Street Comp and Nitto NT05 tires. The rear brakes have been converted to discs, and equipment is said to include an SSBC-USA brake kit, a hydroboost conversion, a Wilwood master cylinder, and a Right Stuff Firebird brake proportioning valve. Recent work is said to have included a Neverlift Engineering race alignment along with the installation of Aldan American Phantom coilovers, UMI Performance rear adjustable upper control arms, Kirban Performance body bushings and hardware, UMI rear strut brace, BavWerkshop custom tubular rear frame brace, BMR Suspension rear adjustable lower control and trailing arms, and an Energy Suspension Hyperflex front bushing kit.
The cabin features seats upholstered in two-tone black and gray cloth. Work performed under current ownership is said to have included replacing the front seats, carpets, and door panels, along with the installation of Dynamat sound deadening behind the door panels and carpets. Equipment includes air conditioning, a cassette stereo with an auxiliary input, and power windows and locks. The air conditioning is said to have been converted to R134a refrigerant. Audio upgrades reportedly consist of a Rockford Fosgate amplifier, sound processor, and speakers. A G-Bodyparts window anti-rattle kit has been installed. The cruise control does not work.
The replacement steering wheel was reportedly sourced from G-Bodyparts and frames replacement AVC instrumentation consisting of a 120-mph GPS speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer shows 65k miles, 13k of which were added under current ownership.
The replacement turbocharged and intercooled 3.8-liter V6 is said to be equipped with a Limit Engineering TA-49 turbocharger and adjustable wastegate, a David Husek turbo billet inlet bell, Kirban Performance heavy-duty valve springs, an upgraded timing chain, H&R engine mounts, a K&N air filter, a mini starter motor, and a 160-degree thermostat.
The engine is shown above in 2019 prior to installation. Additional modifications reportedly include a 3″ LT1 mass airflow sensor and translator, a Casper’s volt booster and battery cables, RJC airflow distribution plate, Regal CNC billet aluminum EGR block off plate, and a G-Bodyparts IAC angle boss relocation kit. The fuel system is said to consist of a baffled tank, a Red Armstrong in-tank fuel pump, Kirban Performance billet aluminum adjustable fuel pressure regulator, 43-pound fuel injectors, and AlkyControl methanol injection. Recent work is said to have included replacing the battery, oxygen sensor, and throttle position sensor.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a David Husek four-speed automatic transmission that is said to be equipped with a David Husek torque converter and an oil cooler. Moser axles have also been installed. The exhaust system features a TA Performance 3″ downpipe and test pipe as well as a 2.5″ Pypes exhaust.
