The car retains US-market bumper pads. Rock chips are visible on the front fascia, and the left-front fender and fuel door were replaced and refinished in 2012. The Carfax report indicates collision damage in 2013 and 2014 that resulted in the car being declared a total loss by insurance. Staggered-width 16” Fuchs-style wheels wear Pirelli P Zero Rosso tires with 2018 date codes that measure 205/55 up front and 245/45 at the rear. A set of staggered-width 16″ Fuchs wheels with black centers and mixed tires is included in the sale. Four-piston brake calipers are paired with ventilated and cross-drilled rotors all around.
The cabin features gray leather upholstery and factory sport seats with electric height adjustment as well as blue carpets. Additional factory equipment includes air conditioning, power windows and locks, and a Blaupunkt cassette stereo. A Valentine One radar detector display is affixed to the lighter outlet, a switch has been added to the left side of the dash, and a fire extinguisher is mounted ahead of the passenger’s seat. The air conditioning temperature switch was replaced in 2020, and wear is evident on the upholstery and carpets.
Framed by an aftermarket leather-wrapped steering wheel, VDO instrumentation includes a tachometer with an inset boost gauge in addition to a 170-mph speedometer and a quartz clock. Additional gauges monitor oil temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, and oil level. The six-digit odometer shows 144k miles, approximately 3k of which have been added by the seller since 2016. A stock steering wheel is included in the sale.
A turbocharger and an air-to-air intercooler helped the 3.3-liter flat-six produce a factory-rated output of 282 horsepower. Service in summer 2020 included replacement of the exhaust system as well as an oil change. Service records provided by the seller indicate that an engine-out service including replacement of the turbocharger was last performed at approximately 64k miles.
The four-speed manual transaxle was factory-equipped with a limited-slip rear differential and was last overhauled at approximately 89k miles. A new axle shaft was installed in July 2020, and the shifter bushings have been replaced. Additional underbody photos are provided in the gallery.
