Black-finished 16″ Fuchs alloy wheels are mounted with Bridgestone Potenza tires that were installed in preparation for the sale, following the car’s photoshoot. Braking is handled by four-wheel cross-drilled and ventilated discs.
The power-adjustable sport front seats are upholstered in Champagne leather, and the cabin features matching door panels and carpets as well as a black dashboard. Amenities include air conditioning, an analog clock, power windows, an Alpine cassette stereo and glovebox-mounted six-disc CD changer.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a central tachometer with a 6,700-rpm redline as well as a 170-mph speedometer and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, oil level, fuel level, and boost pressure. The six-digit odometer shows 76k miles, approximately 30k of which were added under current ownership.
The turbocharged 3.3-liter flat-six was overhauled in September 2000 and has been fitted with an aftermarket turbocharger, revised sport-tuned camshafts, and a Billy Boat exhaust system.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The transaxle was rebuilt in March 1995 at which time the clutch was also replaced. Additional photographs of the underside are shown in the gallery below.
