Factory 18″ Turbo Twist wheels are finished in optional Glacier White paint and wear Michelin Pilot Sport tires measuring 225/40 up front and 285/30 at the rear, which were fitted in October 2019. Turbo-specification brake calipers finished in red are standard equipment on the C4S along with cross-drilled rotors, and the selling dealer states the front brake pads, rotors, and wear sensors were replaced in March 2018. Additional service included replacement of the steering rack in 2017.
The cabin features power-adjustable front seats trimmed in Classic Grey leather, along with matching door panels and carpets. Aluminum inlays and carbon-fiber trim accent the shift knob and handbrake lever, respectively, and additional amenities include cruise control and the HiFi sound package with ten speakers and an optional trunk-mounted CD changer.
Optional Glacier White instrument dials include a 180-mph speedometer, tachometer, and auxiliary gauges, and the six-digit odometer shows just under 37k miles.
The air-cooled 3.6L flat-six developed 282 horsepower and 250 lb-ft of torque when new, which is sent to all four wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle. The selling dealer states that the cylinder heads were overhauled in 2017, and subsequent service included replacing the timing chain cover gaskets, an oil and filter change, and replacement of the hood and decklid struts.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Copans Motors, equipment and colors, and a total of $89,242. A toolkit, service records, manufacturer’s literature, and a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity are also included with the sale.
The Carfax report shows the aforementioned accident in 2018 and lists history in Georgia, Florida, and Pennsylvania through its most recent update in October 2020.
