Hollow-spoke 18″ wheels are mounted with 225/40 front and 285/30 rear Pirelli P Zero tires. The car features an Automatic Brake Differential (ABD), and the 993 was the first 911 to feature multi-link rear suspension. Braking is managed by ventilated and cross-drilled rotors paired with yellow Porsche-branded four-piston calipers all around. A Bilstein B16 coilover suspension system was installed in September 2022. Removed suspension parts are included in the sale.
The cabin features heated power-adjustable front seats trimmed in Cashmere supple leather with color-coordinated carpets and contrasting black leather on the dashboard. Equipment includes automatic climate control, carbon-fiber trim, driver-seat lumber support, cruise control, a CD stereo, a 10-speaker sound system, and a trunk-mounted six-disc CD changer. The front trunk is lined with model-specific carpet and features a carbon-fiber strut brace. An aftermarket radar detector has been installed.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a central tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, an analog Quarz clock, and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, oil level, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 32k miles, approximately 200 of which were added under current ownership.
The twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six features larger K24 turbochargers, an additional oil cooler, and a modified Motronic engine management system when compared to the standard 993 Turbo. It produced 424 horsepower and 423 lb-ft of torque when new. The top end of the engine was rebuilt in April 2021, which included machining the cylinder heads, re-grinding the camshaft, and replacing the exhaust valves and guides, hydraulic valve lifters, and gaskets. The air conditioning fan resistor, engine sound pad, and oil lines were also replaced. The engine oil, belts, fuel filter, spark plugs, and distributor cap and rotor were changed by Porsche Classic Factory Restoration of Atlanta, Georgia, in November 2022.
Power is sent to all four wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The clutch was replaced in April 2021. Additional underside images can be viewed in the gallery.
