A spring lowering kit was installed at Champion Porsche in 2003, with the invoice shown in the gallery below. A brake flush was performed in 2021.
The cabin features supple black leather covering the power-adjustable front seats with embossed Porsche-crest logos in their headrests, and matching leather extends to the dashboard, rear seats, and door panel inserts. Aluminum trim accents the shift knob and emergency brake lever, and embroidered floor mats protect the black carpets. Additional equipment includes automatic climate control, cruise control, Speed Yellow seatbelts, and a CD stereo paired with a Bose sound system and a trunk-mounted CD changer. The headlight switch has been replaced, along with the hood struts for the front trunk.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a central tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, and auxiliary gauges. The odometer indicates 571 miles.
The twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six is equipped with the X50 Turbo Power Kit, increasing output from 415 to 450 horsepower when new. Maintenance in 2021 included an oil change and replacement of the battery terminal, intake hose set, and the fuel pump, fuel pump seal and collar, and fuel tank sending unit. Power is sent to all four wheels through a six-speed transaxle, which was serviced in 2021.
The window sticker shows equipment and colors, initial delivery to Champion Porsche, and a total price of $147,165. The Certificate of Authenticity and manufacturer’s literature are shown in the gallery below.
