Black 19″ Avus five-spoke wheels are mounted with 275/35 front and 305/30 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tires that show 2020 date codes. A SSBC Tri-Power brake kit has been added, which features slotted titanium rotors and red Mallett-script calipers. Additional modifications include a power steering cooler, Mallett/Penske coilovers, aftermarket sway bars, and polyurethane rear control arm bushings. The brake fluid was flushed and an alignment was performed in August 2020 per the seller.
The seats were recovered in black leather with yellow piping and stitching, and matching upholstery extends to the multifunction steering wheel and door panels. The dash and center stack were refinished to match the body, and amenities include a machined shift knob, power accessories, air conditioning, and a factory stereo.
Instrumentation includes a 140-mph speedometer and an 8k-rpm tachometer. The digital odometer indicates 6k miles, approximately 200 of which have been added by the seller.
The General Motors 7.0-liter LS7 V8 is equipped with a Turbonetics T5 remote-mounted turbocharger with an intercooler, Mallett-branded aluminum covers, an aluminum radiator, an LSX intake manifold, a dry-sump oil system, an oil cooler, long tube headers, and a stainless steel exhaust system with Corsa mufflers. Peak output was quoted as 750 horsepower at the rear wheels according to Mallett Cars Ltd. Service in August 2020 reportedly included a replacement ignition cylinder and header bolt along with an oil change.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec T56 six-speed manual transmission, a custom-fabricated driveshaft and shortened rear axle shafts, and a limited-slip differential with 3.73:1 gearing. Transmission and differential oil coolers have been added along with polyurethane differential mount bushings. Additional photos of the underbody are included in the gallery.
