The 997 Turbo was distinguished from the contemporary Carrera model by its lower front lip spoiler, revised bumper covers, side air intakes, flared rear fenders, and a hydraulic speed-activated rear wing. This example is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic (L92U). A modification done by a previous owner to install a radar detector in the front grille left a 4″ cutout on the backside of one lower grille louver. The lower front splitter has scratches on its underside, there is a scratch on the passenger side fender, and a paint chip is noted on the rear spoiler. The front bumper cover has been repainted according to the seller.
Factory 19″ forged-alloy Turbo wheels are mounted with Pirelli P-Zero tires showing 2018 date codes. Braking is handled by red-finished six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers over cross-drilled and vented rotors.
The interior features black leather upholstery covering the seats, dashboard, center stack, and door panel inserts along with a matching Alcantara headliner and black carpets. Equipment includes automatic climate control, cruise control, Porsche Communication Management with navigation, heated front seats, a power-operated sunroof, and the Sport Chrono Package with a dashboard-mounted timer and inset clock.
The multi-function steering wheel frames a Turbo-script central tachometer with a 6,600-rpm redline and a 225-mph speedometer along with auxiliary gauges. The odometer shows 54k miles, approximately 300 of which were added by the seller.
The twin-turbocharged and intercooled 3.6-liter flat-six was factory rated at 480 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. Service performed by the seller in preparation for the sale has reportedly included the following:
Power is sent to all four wheels via a five-speed Tiptronic S automatic transmission and an all-wheel-drive system. Additional photos of the underside are provided in the gallery.
