The bucket seats are upholstered in Ebony leather with Titanium accents and Z06-embroidered headrests, while rubberized floor mats line the footwells. The car was optioned with the 2LZ Preferred Equipment Group, which added side airbags, a power-adjustable steering column, heated seats, steering wheel audio controls, and a six-disc CD stereo. Additional appointments include a Bose sound system, navigation, Keyless Access, push-button start, a head-up display, cruise control, and automatic climate control.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline as well as gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 4k miles, all of which were added under current ownership.
The 7.0-liter LS7 V8 features a dry-sump lubrication system and was factory rated at 505 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual gearbox and a limited-slip differential. Additional photos of the underside are provided in the gallery.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Bob Robinson Chevrolet of Wheeling, West Virginia, along with factory colors, equipment, options, and a total vehicle price of $79,030.
