Polished 20″ forged Shelby Alcoa wheels are mounted with Pirelli P Zero tires measuring 255/35 up front and 275/35 out back. The car is equipped with Eibach sway bars and coilovers along with an adjustable Panhard bar. Braking is handled by red Shelby-branded Baer six-piston front brake calipers, brake cooling ducts, and cross-drilled and slotted discs at all four corners.
The front bucket seats and individual rear seats are upholstered in black leather with perforated inserts. The front seat headrests feature embroidered Super Snake logos, and amenities include air conditioning, cruise control, GT500-branded floor mats, a cue ball-style shift knob, bright Super Snake door sill plates, and a Shaker audio system.
The leather- and microfiber-wrapped steering wheel fronts a 160-mph speedometer, an SVT-branded 7k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. Super Snake-specific readouts for boost pressure, fuel pressure, and oil pressure are mounted to the driver’s side A-pillar. The digital odometer indicates 573 miles.
Serialized plaques on the dashboard and in the engine bay identify this Super Snake as CSM number 11SS0045.
The 5.4-liter V8 is equipped with a Whipple supercharger, a polished Ford Racing throttle body, and an SVT air intake. The car was optioned with the Super Snake Cooling Package in addition to aluminum fluid tanks. Shelby American rated the engine at 750 horsepower.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission, a one-piece aluminum driveshaft, and a 3.73:1 limited-slip differential. A Borla cat-back exhaust system was included in the Super Snake Package.
