The remainder of the carbon-fiber body panels were unique to the Tesla, and it utilized a 2″ longer wheelbase than the Elise. This example is finished in Sterling Silver Metallic and features a removable black cloth roof panel, an exterior charging port, an integrated spoiler, a back-up camera, Sport badging, exposed carbon fiber on the roof bow, and LED taillights.
Black-finished 16″ and 17″ forged aluminum wheels are mounted with Yokohama Advan Neova AD07 tires measuring 175/55 up front and 225/45 at the rear. The Roadster Sport was factory equipped with traction control as well as adjustable dampers and anti-roll bars. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel discs with AP Racing front calipers, cross-drilled rotors at all four corners, and a regenerative braking system.
The cabin features heated bucket seats trimmed in black leather upholstery with Tesla-script embroidered backrests as well as color-coordinated trim and branded floor mats. Amenities include air conditioning, cruise control, a push-button gear selector, power windows and door locks, and an Alpine touchscreen infotainment system with navigation.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped MOMO steering wheel fronts a 160-mph speedometer, a kilowatt usage gauge, and a digital vehicle-range bar. The digital odometer indicates 12k miles, approximately 8k of which were added by the current owner.
A 53-kilowatt-hour battery pack powers a three-phase, 375-volt AC induction motor featuring a hand-wound stator. Factory-rated output was 288 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque in Sport specification. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a Borg-Warner single-speed transmission.
A 110-volt charging cable, two keys, and a tool kit are included in the sale.
