Halibrand-style 18″ wheels feature three-eared knock-offs and are mounted with Nitto NT555 tires with white Goodyear Eagle lettering. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes.
The low-back bucket seats are trimmed in black upholstery, and four-point Sabelt harnesses are fitted for both occupants. Additional equipment includes translucent sun visors, wind wings, door map pockets, a fire extinguisher, branded floor mats, and a push-button ignition switch.
A wood-rimmed steering wheel sits ahead of AutoMeter instrumentation that consists of an 8k-rpm tachometer, a reverse-sweep 180-mph speedometer, and auxiliary readouts. The digital odometer indicates 1,300 miles.
The Iconic 427ci V8 was installed by Speed Fanatix Inc. in Boca Raton, Florida, and is equipped with a Cobra-branded air cleaner housing and matching valve covers. The engine is also fitted with Edelbrock aluminum cylinder heads, a COMP Cams roller camshaft, and a Holley carburetor in addition to an Edelbrock intake manifold, an MSD Blaster ignition coil, a March pulley system, and a front-mounted oil cooler. Dyno test results from February 2018 are provided in the gallery below show peak outputs of 489 horsepower and 519 lb-ft of torque.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed Tremec T5 manual transmission.
