The car rides on four-wheel independent suspension with coilovers and rack-and-pinion steering. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes.
The cabin houses low-back bucket seats upholstered in black leather and accompanied by a color-coordinated dashboard and carpeting. Additional appointments include Crow Enterprises latch-and-link lap belts, sun visors, and a dash-mounted rearview mirror.
A wood-rimmed steering wheel sits ahead of Shelby-branded instrumentation consisting of a reverse-sweep 180-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The fuel level gauge was reportedly replaced under current ownership. The five-digit odometer shows 2,900 miles, approximately 600 of which were added under current ownership.
The side-oiler V8 is said to have been rebuilt and stroked to displace 468ci by Geesford Machine of Hastings, Nebraska. It features dual Holley four-barrel carburetors, Stelling and Helling air cleaners, Shelby-branded valve covers, an MSD electronic ignition system, and an aluminum radiator with an electric fan. Additional equipment reportedly includes a COMP Cams solid-roller camshaft, Edelbrock aluminum cylinder heads, Arias pistons, Dove roller rocker arms, and a Blue Thunder intake manifold. Service performed in 2023 is said to have involved replacing the battery and changing the oil.
