The car rides on a self-leveling, height-adjustable hydropneumatic suspension with parallel semi-leading arms up front and trailing arms out back. Stopping power is provided by inboard-mounted front discs and rear drums. Service in 2021 included replacing the right-front wheel hub and rebuilding the hydraulic pump, front brake calipers, and steering rack. The seller states the front brake pads were replaced under current ownership.

The 2,175cc inline-four is mounted behind the transaxle and features a replacement Weber two-barrel carburetor. Work since 2021 included rebuilding the cylinder head and wiring harness, rodding out the radiator, and replacing the pistons, cylinder liners, spark plugs and wires, and coolant hoses. An oil change was performed under current ownership.
