The leather-wrapped MOMO steering wheel frames a 180-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows approximately 35k miles, 600 of which were added during current ownership.
The transverse-mounted 3.2-liter V8 features four valves per cylinder, Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection, and Marelli Microplex ignition. An engine-out service was performed by New Vernon Coach & Motor Works of New Jersey in July 2019, which included a valve adjustment, fluid changes, and the replacement of the timing belts, drive belts, fuel filter, spark plugs, valve cover gaskets, camshaft seals, and distributor seals. An oil change was performed in early 2022.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Additional photos of the underside are provided in the gallery.
