The BC Forged alloy wheels were refinished in 2018 and measure 19″ in diameter up front and 15″ out back, and they are mounted with 245/35 Falken Azenis FK510 and 275/60 Mickey Thompson ET Street S/S tires. The car rides on a four-wheel double-wishbone suspension system and features speed-sensing progressive power rack-and-pinion steering. Anti-lock braking is provided by red-finished calipers over ventilated discs at all four corners. Work carried out in 2018 included replacement of the front subframe as well as the lower control arms, steering rack, and power steering pump, reservoir, and lines.
The power-adjustable seats are upholstered in black leather, and interior amenities include power windows, automatic climate control, an aftermarket shift knob, and a Pioneer headunit with Apple CarPlay and a rear-mounted subwoofer. The air conditioning system was overhauled in April 2018.
The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 180-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. A Pro EFI digital display has been mounted to the center stack. The digital odometer indicates 10k miles, approximately 2,500 of which were added under current ownership. The Carfax report displays a mileage inconsistency from September 2016, and total mileage is unknown.
The original normally-aspirated 2JZ-GE was removed and replaced with a 3.4-liter 2JZ-GTE that was built by Grannas Racing in 2018. The engine was reportedly modified with the following components:
A Getrag V160 six-speed manual transmission was overhauled and installed during the engine swap. Additional work involved replacing the transmission cross member and installing an OS Giken triple-disc clutch, ARP flywheel bolts, a Tilton clutch master cylinder, and an adjustable hydraulic clutch release. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a custom driveshaft and a Ford 8.8″ limited-slip rear differential that was installed under current ownership.
