The car is finished in Atlas Gray Metallic with a black convertible soft top. Additional features include xenon headlights, fog lights, a speed-activated rear spoiler, stainless steel exhaust outlets as well as wider rear bodywork, rear air intakes, and revised bumper covers in comparison to the contemporary Carrera. The Carfax report lists an accident in June 2008 in which the car hit an embankment, and damage was noted to the nose. Additional “minor damage” to the nose is shown in March 2016. The seller notes evidence of paintwork to one of the front fenders, and a light was replaced on the right side of the car.
Modular 18″ HRE Performance wheels are finished in black with polished lips, and they are mounted with a mixture of Sumitomo and Hankook tires. The front tires are said to require replacement. The car is equipped with Porsche Stability Management (PSM) and an automatic brake differential. Braking is from red calipers over vented and cross-drilled rotors at all four corners.
The heated sport seats have embossed headrests and are upholstered in Natural Gray leather with white stitching. Matching upholstery extends to the dashboard and door panels, and the cabin features a Carbon Interior Package. Equipment includes automatic climate control, cruise control, a Porsche Communication Management screen, a CD player, and a Bose sound system. A six-disc CD changer is housed in the front trunk, but its cartridge is missing. Cracks are noted in the carbon-fiber trim along with flaws in the dashboard and door panels.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a central tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 46k miles, approximately 50 of which were added under current ownership.
The twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six was factory rated at 415 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque. The seller states that the coolant pipes have been pinned. The battery was reportedly replaced in January 2022, and the spark plugs, ignition coils, and engine lid supports were reportedly replaced in September 2020. Oil is present on the right side of the oil reservoir, and the seller notes the engine lid struts are due for replacement.
Power is sent to all four wheels through a five-speed Tiptronic automatic transaxle. Additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery.
