A front line-lock system has been installed, and suspension modifications include Steeda springs, and an adjustable Panhard bar as well as BMR lower control arms and relocation brackets.
The cabin features Recaro front sport seats upholstered in black leather with embroidered Shelby Cobra logos in the backrests along with a color-coordinating dash, center console, door panels, and carpets. Equipment includes an MGW short-throw shifter, a Shaker Pro sound system, and a SYNC infotainment system. The optional Electronics Package added dual-zone climate control, HD radio, and a voice-activated navigation system.
The steering wheel is trimmed in leather and microsuede and fronts 220-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 10k miles, approximately 2k of which were added under current ownership.
The supercharged 5.8-liter Trinity V8 has been modified with an E85 engine tune along with the following components:
An engine oil change was performed in June 2022. An SCT engine programmer is included in the sale, and the results of a 2017 dyno test can be viewed in the gallery.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec six-speed manual transmission, a carbon-fiber driveshaft, and a factory-optional 3.73:1 limited-slip differential.
